Technology partnership

We have Non-Disclosure Agreements with global giants in the automotive, FMCG, paint and adhesives industry respectively to enable their 360-degree sustainability endevours and meet their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals:

Automotive – exploring replacement of car seat covers using RBG’s patented, cost-effective bio-degradable plastic BhavisyaPlast^TM either as-is or as multi-layer.

Paint – exploring replacement of petroleum-based plastics in plastic emulsion paint  using RBG’s patented, cost-effective bio-degradable plastic BhavisyaPlast^TM as binder instead of styrene etc.

Fast moving consumer goods – exploring replacement of petroleum-based resin and/or lamination using RBG’s patented, cost-effective bio-degradable plastic BhavisyaPlast^TM

Dental – exploring replacement of petroleum-based lubricants for lubrication of dental equipment using RBG’s eco-friendly lubricants GREEZE / GREEZOL

Polymer – exploring joint development of bio-degradable polymers for partial or complete replacement of petroleum-based plastics in single-use applications etc. using RBG’s patented, cost-effective bio-degradable plastic BhavisyaPlast^TM

BhavisyaPlast^TM is priced at par with petroleum-based alternative. Pilot testing was completed in Q2 2024, and commercialisation of our first manufacturing setup for tertiary packaging in the form of rolls is planned in Q3 2025 for an installed capacity of 640 MTPA. Given the NDAs we have in place with Tier-1 corporations in segments like automotive, paint, adhesive, FMCG etc., we expect to grow fast with licensing as well. We have additional revenue from GREEZE / GREEZOL sales (current installed capacity of 240 MTPA) with leading consumers like Hero Motocorp, Century Enka, Berger Paints, Emami, Hindalco, Hastings Jute Mill, Century Ply, Maruti Suzuki India Limited etc.

We have demonstrated 7-8 times year-on-year growth in revenue consistently for the past few years and raised a total worth ~Rs 5 Cr. capital from leading investors like GAIL (India) Limited, Rayzon Solar, Mr. Anupam Mittal (Founder, shaadi.com), IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta to bring our mission towards making sustainability to life.
