Founder & CEO
Pallavi Luharuka, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Royal Bengal Greentech. A Gold Medallist in Chemical Engineering, a Cost Accountant and an MBA, she spent over ten years with leading multi-national corporations like Honeywell and WR Grace across domains like research and development, Techno-Commercial Sales, across geographies like India, Middle East, China, Asia-Pacific etc.
Before starting Royal Bengal Greentech in 2022. She holds 5 patents, two out of which are with RBG. Her vision is to transform the MSME sector by making sustainable technology innovations affordable and empower livelihoods for at least 100 families by 2030.

He has over forty years of experience across serial entrepreneurship, sales, financial operations etc.
Gautam Basu
Chief Technology Officer
He has more than fifty years of experience across sales, consultancy, operations, commissioning etc. in the chemical industry, with speciality in handling micro and small enterprises. He holds two patents with Royal Bengal Greentech.
