Hence our active engagements and partnerships with leading players in segments like automotive, polymers, paint, adhesive, dental etc. is our collective step as a community to enable achievement of the sustainable development Goals laid by the United Nations for mankind.
Inclusion
Women – our plan is to maintain at least equal representation of women in our workforce. To enable this, we identify the necessary skills demanded by each job role and assign women to the more skill-based jobs like packing, labelling, stock keeping, accounting, etc. The physically demanding field work as well as manufacturing related job roles are thus assigned to men.
Specially-abled – to provide economic empowerment by absorbing employees from specially-abled community for specially-skilled jobs like stitching, batching etc.
Low-income groups – empower and incentivise farmers by enabling better support price (Rs 20/kg) relative to Rs 5-10/kg received by them at present) by sourcing agri-waste and convert them into value added bioplastics and thereby promoting agriculture.
Geographies – As per Ministry of Consumer Affairs (India) report in 2022, India alone produced ~60 lakh metric tonnes of broken rice, and the world generated ~ 240 lakhs metric tonnes! Thus, we strive to build a highly scalable business, not only at the local level but also global level – Made in India for the World – thereby promoting Atma-nirbhar Bharat!
